Cabling for additional enclosures

The following diagram illustrates a 4-loop hardware RAID storage configuration with a single XR RAID

enclosure. Dotted lines represent cabling for additional enclosures. For 4-loop configurations, you need a

minimum of one XE expansion enclosure attached to the XR RAID enclosure.

NOTE A 4-loop configuration supports a maximum of two expansion enclosures per RAID controller.
